Rosemary Caramel
Dark chocolate shell, brown sugar caramel, sea salt, rosemary and a touch of cayenne. My favourite seasoning combo in a caramel form.

Milk & Honey
Milk chocolate shell and interior, Gowanus Apiary red honey, butter, salt. A grown up version of a childhood treat.

White chocolate shell and interior, Yuzuco yuzu juice, Brooklyn Kura Craft Sake reduction. Fresh and zesty, the perfect combo for white chocolate.

Earl Grey & Vanilla
Milk Chocolate shell and interior, Earl Grey tea, touch of honey, lots of fresh Madagascar vanilla. Inspired by a delicious Canadian hot beverage: The London Fog.

Pistachio & Raspberry

Grapefruit & Thyme
White chocolate shell, milk chocolate ganache with grapefruit & thyme infused cream. An elevated version of the classic orange/chocolate pairing.

Sweet Clover
White chocolate shell and ganache, infused with meliot, or sweet clover; also called the "vanilla of Quebec", this herb is widely used where I am from. It's flavour profile is like vanilla, but with a hint of chamomile, giving a light herbacious finish.

Imperial Stout
Dark Chocolate shell, Finback "Breakfast Drip 2025" Imperial Stout ganache. Smooth, dark and well balanced, with hints of vanilla and coffee.
