Refund, Shipping & Allergens
Refunds & Shipping Policy
All sales are final; that being said, we aim for our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you are not, please reach out, so we can find a solution to make you happy! We package our boxes to avoid melting and cracking, but because of extreme weather, there's only so much we can do during the summer months. Le Chat Noir Chocolates is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier miss-scans or inaccurate shipping information. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside of our control. Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. Le Chat Noir Chocolates is not responsible for any damages once packages leave our facility. Our chocolates are best kept at temperatures of 64-68F, away from sunlight with a relative humidity of 50%. Please enjoy our products within 3-4 weeks of purchase. ​

Ingredients & Allergens
Our chocolates are freshly prepared in a small kitchen that handles various ingredients and common allergens including wheat, sesame, peanut, soy, tree nuts, dairy, eggs. The ingredients used in our regular 9 bonbon flavors are listed on the back of the box. Limited editions bonbons that are outside of these flavors may contain anything. Please reach out to us or avoid consuming any bonbons that are outside of our regular flavours if you have any food allergies
